Ingredients

  • 2 navel oranges
  • 8 fresh figs, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 to 3 Tbs. chopped fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Method

  • Peel oranges, removing as much white pith as possible.
  • Separate oranges into sections, then cut each section into 1-inch pieces.
  • Place oranges and any juice that has accumulated on cutting board into large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients to bowl and toss to mix.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Garnish with sprigs of mint.
