Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- One 28-oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion - minced
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 quarts water
Method
- Place all ingredients in a large pot and simmer until cabbage is well cooked - approximately 45 minute - 1 hour.
