Ingredients

  • 1 chicken or 5 chicken breasts
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Method

  • Spray baking dish with Pam.
  • Pour stuffing mix in dish.
  • Pour butter over mix.
  • Toss to wet mix.
  • Press on bottom and sides. Saute celery and onion.
  • Put chicken on top of stuffing mix.
  • Mix celery, onion, soup, sour cream and milk.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350°, covered.
