Ingredients
- 1 chicken or 5 chicken breasts
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Method
- Spray baking dish with Pam.
- Pour stuffing mix in dish.
- Pour butter over mix.
- Toss to wet mix.
- Press on bottom and sides. Saute celery and onion.
- Put chicken on top of stuffing mix.
- Mix celery, onion, soup, sour cream and milk.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°, covered.
