Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and boned
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onion
Method
- Chop celery and onion and add to stuffing mix.
- Add chicken broth, chicken soup (undiluted) and oleo. Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° until celery and onion are done and casserole is slightly browned.
