Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 pkg. dressing mix
- 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
Method
- Remove bones and skin from chicken and cook.
- Break chicken into pieces to cover bottom of casserole dish.
- Mix the soup and the sour cream together (a little milk may be added, if needed); pour over chicken.
- Mix the dressing mix as directed on package and spread over the chicken and soup.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
