Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)
Method
- Cook the chicken and save the broth.
- Melt the butter and mix with the stuffing.
- Put half of the stuffing in bottom of greased casserole dish.
- Layer rest of ingredients.
- Add rest of stuffing crust and sprinkle with stuffing.
- Cook 45 minutes at 350°.
