Ingredients
- 4 to 6 lb. chicken breasts
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. water
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 pkg. stuffing mix (chicken flavored)
Method
- Cook chicken and remove from bone.
- Save chicken broth.
- Melt margarine in dish.
- Mix broth and stuffing mix.
- Pour over margarine.
- Place chicken on top.
- Pour soup over the chicken. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
