Ingredients

  • 3 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 small box strawberry banana jello
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice (add water as on can)
  • 1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade (add water as on can)
  • 1 large bottle ginger ale
  • 4 bananas, mashed and put in food processor
  • 1 box frozen strawberries, put in food processor

Method

  • Bring to a boil water and sugar; boil for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat; add jello.
  • In large container, add diluted orange juice, lemonade, pineapple juice, processed bananas, strawberries, boiled sugar and jello mix.
  • Freeze for at least 24 hours before serving.
  • Take out of freezer 3 hours before ready to serve.
  • It will be slush.
  • Put in punch bowl.
  • Add ginger ale.
  • Yields 100 punch cups full (about 50 people).
  • For large gatherings, increase as needed.
