Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. stuffing
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and boned

Method

  • Mix stuffing mix with melted margarine.
  • Put half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Cover with pieces of cooked chicken.
  • I use 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Mix together soup, broth and sour cream and pour mixture over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle remainder of stuffing on top.
  • Bake at 350°, covered, for 1 hour.
