Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. stuffing
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and boned
Method
- Mix stuffing mix with melted margarine.
- Put half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish.
- Cover with pieces of cooked chicken.
- I use 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix together soup, broth and sour cream and pour mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle remainder of stuffing on top.
- Bake at 350°, covered, for 1 hour.
