Ingredients
- 1 (4 lb.) chicken
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 7 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
- pepper to taste
Method
- Simmer chicken in salt and celery with enough boiling water to half cover chicken.
- Add onion the last 1/2 hour of cooking.
- Bone chicken, leaving
- fairly large pieces.
- Arrange in a 2-quart casserole dish; set aside.
