Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 tall can Milnot (13 oz.)
- 1/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/8 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/4 c. margarine (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
Method
- Butter the bottom of 10-inch glass pie pan.
- Spread with coconut.
- Place all other ingredients in blender.
- Blend well on high speed.
- Carefully pour over coconut.
- Be sure coconut is moistened.
- Bake at 350° until firm.
