Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Boil breasts.
- Cool and bone.
- Pull or cut in small pieces. Place in the bottom of casserole dish.
- Mix sour cream and soup together.
- Spread over top of chicken.
- Crumble crackers on top of mixture.
- Melt butter and pour on top of crackers.
- Bake at 350° until crackers are light brown and mixture bubbles (approximately 30 minutes).
