- 3 or 4 chicken breasts
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 large skillet corn bread
- 2 Tbsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can peas and carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Boil chicken; save juice.
- Break up chicken.
- Mix all ingredients except soups and milk.
- Heat soups and milk.
- Put chicken on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Then pour warm soups and milk on chicken.
- Mix rest of ingredients with chicken broth, then pour on top.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
