Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
- 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing or 1 box Stove Top
Method
- Prepare dressing according to box.
- Boil chicken on medium heat for 45 minutes.
- When done and cool enough to handle, tear into bite size pieces.
- Place broccoli in Pyrex dish (8 x 11-inch), turning end to end.
- Put cut up chicken over broccoli.
- Mix mayonnaise with soup (don't add water) and heat.
- Stir until heated (don't boil).
- Pour over broccoli and chicken.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over everything.
- Place dressing on top.
- Bake at 300° for approximately 40 minutes.
- If dressing starts to brown, place foil over top.
