Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing or 1 box Stove Top

Method

  • Prepare dressing according to box.
  • Boil chicken on medium heat for 45 minutes.
  • When done and cool enough to handle, tear into bite size pieces.
  • Place broccoli in Pyrex dish (8 x 11-inch), turning end to end.
  • Put cut up chicken over broccoli.
  • Mix mayonnaise with soup (don't add water) and heat.
  • Stir until heated (don't boil).
  • Pour over broccoli and chicken.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over everything.
  • Place dressing on top.
  • Bake at 300° for approximately 40 minutes.
  • If dressing starts to brown, place foil over top.
