Ingredients
- 5 chicken breasts or 1 whole (3 lb.) chicken, cooked with celery and onion (save broth)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/3 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 onion
- 1 c. milk
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. broth
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Creamettes
Method
- Put Creamettes in bottom layer in greased casserole.
- Add all ingredients on top.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before putting in oven.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
- During last 1/2 hour, add buttered bread crumbs.
- (I use Hi Ho cracker crumbs.)
