Ingredients
- 30 to 36 cucumbers
- 6 Tbsp. salt
- fresh or dry dill
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed in each jar
- 3 c. water
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 2 pieces garlic in each jar
Method
- Wash cucumbers.
- Mix vinegar, water and salt.
- Bring to boil. Place cucumbers in jars and add a piece of dill, piece of garlic and 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed.
- Then pour boiling mixture into jars to 1/4-inch of top.
- Put caps on jars and process in boiling water for 20 minutes.
