Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, boiled and cut into pieces
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1 can LeSueur peas
- grated cheese
- bread crumbs
Method
- Butter casserole dish and put chicken in the bottom.
- Pour drained LeSueur peas on top, then cover with rice.
- Heat milk and soup and pour over rice.
- Use a fork to separate rice and allow sauce through.
- Top with bread crumbs and cheese.
- Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
