Ingredients
- 4 or 5 chicken breasts
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Cook chicken breast in water.
- Add desired seasoning.
- Reserve 2 cups broth.
- Cool breast enough to handle, discard bone and skin.
- Tear chicken in pieces and place in buttered casserole (1 stick).
- Combine soups and milk, pour over chicken.
- Melt 3/4 stick of butter in broth and add to stuffing mix, blending lightly.
- Spread over top of casserole.
- Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
