Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- reserved chicken broth
Method
- Boil chicken until tender, pull chicken off bones and layer chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup over chicken.
- Mix 1 can of chicken soup with package of stuffing mix and use broth from boiled chicken until mixture is moist. Pour mixture over layered chicken.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until top is brown.
