Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • reserved chicken broth

Method

  • Boil chicken until tender, pull chicken off bones and layer chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup over chicken.
  • Mix 1 can of chicken soup with package of stuffing mix and use broth from boiled chicken until mixture is moist. Pour mixture over layered chicken.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until top is brown.
