Ingredients
- 3 or 4 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 small bag cornbread stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Cover chicken breast with water and boil until done.
- Cut chicken into small pieces.
- In large bowl combine remaining ingredients (reserve 1 cup of stuffing mix dry to sprinkle on casserole).
- Mix ingredients well.
- Add 1 cup of water if needed.
