Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles, divided
- 1 c. salted cashew nuts, divided
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Reserving half of noodles and nuts, mix all ingredients in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining noodles and nuts on top.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° about 30 minutes, or until heated through.
