Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast (I used boneless skinless)
- 1 (2/3 ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- cooked rice (or cooked noodles)
Method
- Place chicken, Italian dressing mix, butter, lemon juice and chicken stock in crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- When finished cooking, shred chicken with two forks.
- Serve chicken over hot cooked rice (or noodles) and top with chicken juices from crockpot.
