Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozed broccoli florets
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1-1/2 can of cream of broccoli soup
  • 2 8oz. pkg. of finely shredded cheese (recommend 1 sharp cheddar, and any 1 mild cheese)
  • 2 deep dish pilsbury pie crusts (they usually come in packs of two)

Method

  • 1. brown chicken in skillet-season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.)
  • 2. shred chicken 3. mix chicken, broccoli, soup, and cheese in bowl 4. scoop into pie crust 5. peel second crust form metal pan and place on top of filled pie.
  • press the sides of the crust firmly together with fork.
  • 5. bake at 375 until brown (remember your just waiting for the broccoli to cook) 6.
  • Allow to cool for 15 minutes so that it can thicken
