Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. broccoli (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. salad dressing
  • 1 stick (softened) margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

Method

  • Cook broccoli and drain.
  • Put in ungreased casserole dish. Combine soup, salad dressing, margarine, egg and onion.
  • Mix well. Pour over broccoli.
  • Sprinkle top with cheese and crackers. Press into casserole.
  • Bake in preheated 350° oven until top is brown.
  • Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
