Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked or 2 to 3 cans drained white chunk chicken for quick preparation
- 1 pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese or 8 oz. diced Velveeta cheese
- Ritz crackers
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Chop chicken breasts and place in casserole dish.
- Add broccoli.
- Melt cheese with soup in saucepan and pour over chicken and broccoli.
- Crush crackers and place on top.
- Pour melted butter over crackers.
- Bake about 20 to 30 minutes until brown and bubbly at 350°.
