Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. boneless breast of chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- broccoli, steamed
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can chicken broth
Method
- Saute chicken in oil and butter until brown.
- Add cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
- Stir and simmer for 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
- Add broccoli.
- Cook ziti as directed. Drain; mix with chicken and broccoli.
