Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 package sliced swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 container baby bella mushrooms
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups herbed stuffing
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Method

  • Place the chicken in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sliced mushrooms and onions. Layer cheese slices over chicken. Mix together cream of chicken soup and wine, and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
