Ingredients

  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 3 pkg. broccoli or 1 big bunch fresh
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 envelope beef stock
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry
  • 4 to 6 oz. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered
  • 1 pkg. wide egg noodles

Method

  • Butter baking pan.
  • Brown chicken lightly in pan.
  • Place 3 broccoli spears with 1/2 chicken breast on top.
  • Combine other ingredients in bowl.
  • Cover chicken and broccoli with mixture. Sprinkle cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Serve over egg noodles.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
