- 5 chicken breasts
- 3 pkg. broccoli or 1 big bunch fresh
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 envelope beef stock
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry
- 4 to 6 oz. sharp cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered
- 1 pkg. wide egg noodles
Method
- Butter baking pan.
- Brown chicken lightly in pan.
- Place 3 broccoli spears with 1/2 chicken breast on top.
- Combine other ingredients in bowl.
- Cover chicken and broccoli with mixture. Sprinkle cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
- Serve over egg noodles.
- Serves 6 to 8.
