Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Split breasts.
- Remove bones and skin.
- Rinse and dry.
- Place margarine in skillet and brown breasts, salting lightly.
- Lift breasts into greased roasting pan, not touching.
- Mix juice and soy sauce; pour half over them.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Baste about every 15 minutes.
- Serves 4.
