Ingredients
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. cooked pumpkin, strained
- 1 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Sift flour, salt, baking soda, powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
- Beat eggs until thick.
- Add sugar.
- Whip in pumpkin, then butter. Beat in dry ingredients. Add nuts.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
