Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cubed
- 1/2 loaf bread, broken fine
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. onion, cut fine
Method
- Mix eggs and broth.
- Pour over bread and celery and mix.
- Add salt and onion.
- Mix.
- Add chicken.
- Pour into greased pan and bake slowly (300°) until well done.
- (Knife will come out clean.) Cut in squares and serve with gravy.
