Ingredients
- 4 to 5 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. herbed stuffing mix
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients.
- Place in a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle stuffing on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
