Ingredients

  • 3 whole boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice (long grain, discard seasoning)
  • 1/2 c. white rice (long grain)
  • sliced almonds
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine

Method

  • Mix the 3 soups, milk and stick of butter.
  • Heat until butter melts. Pour 1/2 mixture into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle rice into soup mixture and stir, spreading evenly into pan.
  • Lay chicken strips onto rice and soup mixture.
  • Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Sprinkle heavily with Parmesan and almonds. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
