Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 12 vanilla wafers
Method
- Place foil liner in muffin pan.
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs.
- Beat until well blended and creamy.
- Put 1 wafer in each foil liner. Pour over vanilla wafer (3/4 full) cheese mix.
- Bake 25 minutes; let cool.
- Top with any pie filling (cherry, jam, chocolate shavings, etc.).
