Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
- 1 cut-up chicken plus 2 extra legs
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. water
Method
- Sprinkle rice on bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and lay chicken on top of rice.
- Mix the 2 cans of soup together and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle soup mix on top and pour water around the edges.
- Cover with 2 layers of aluminum foil, sealing edges over pan.
- Bake 2 hours at 350°.
