Ingredients
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. water
- fryer chicken, cut in quarters
Method
- Sprinkle rice over the bottom of baking pan (ungreased). Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of rice.
- Arrange pieces of chicken in single layers.
- Combine mushroom soup and water; mix until smooth.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered at 350° until chicken is tender (about 35 to 50 minutes).
