Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. frozen peas in cream sauce
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 c. water
Method
- Cut chicken in 2-inch strips; brown in butter.
- Add water, peas and Lipton soup.
- Simmer until chicken is tender and gravy has thickened.
- Serve over rice.
