Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken cooked and diced
- 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped
- 1 lime
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 4 cups lettuce assorted, cut in bite-sized portions
Method
- Mix the chicken with the sour cream, parsley, onion, lime, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate placing a bed of lettuce and adding the chicken on top.
