Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- 3 tsp. vinegar
- 5 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 bay leaves, crushed
- 3 gloves garlic, crushed
- 1 chicken cube or powdered seasoning
- water to cover
- salt to taste
- 3 tsp. cooking oil or sesame oil
Method
- Wash and drain chicken.
- In a large bowl, mix vinegar, soy sauce and other ingredients and marinate for 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a cooking pot and cook over low heat until the chicken is tender.
- Add cooking oil or sesame
- oil. Serve with rice, potatoes or bread.
