Ingredients

  • 1 lb. regular sliced chicken breast
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 4 pieces chopped clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. black pepper balls
  • laurel leaves (optional)
  • 2 medium size potatoes, cut in 4 slices
  • 1/4 sliced fresh red pepper (medium cut)
  • 1 spoon sugar

Method

  • Precook chicken in 4 cups of water with 1 spoon of salt for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  • Mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper balls.
  • Add on meat and bring to boil on medium fire for 15 minutes.
  • Occasionally stir and make sure liquid won't dry up.
  • In case, add additional water.
  • When the natural juice of the meat comes out, add potatoes, red pepper and laurel.
  • Cook on low fire for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle 1 spoon of sugar before serving.
