Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 (1 lb.) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
Method
- Combine spinach, artichokes and chestnuts.
- Place in 2-quart baking dish.
- Melt cheese and butter together slowly.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
