Ingredients
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
- 1 pimento, chopped
- 1 c. garden peas
- salt and pepper
Method
- Saute green pepper in 2 tablespoons oil in skillet; remove pepper.
- Add remaining oil.
- Stir in flour.
- Add chicken broth and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add milk, green pepper, mushrooms, chicken and peas.
- Cook just long enough to heat thoroughly.
