Ingredients
- 3 eggs (separate 2 eggs for top)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. flour (rounded)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Melt margarine.
- Add sugar, flour and nutmeg.
- Beat egg yolks from the 2 eggs with the 1 whole egg and put in dry ingredients. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then bake at 350° until thick.
- Beat egg whites until stiff; sweeten.
- Put on pie and brown lightly.
