Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Measure one cup dry cake mix; set aside.
- In large bowl, stir remaining cake mix, one egg and oil. Mixture will be crumbly.
- Press mixture evenly into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
