Ingredients
- 1 in. thick center cut pork chops
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 can dark sweet cherries in heavy syrup
- Flour
Method
- Flour pork chops and brown in skillet.
- Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan.
- Bring to boil and add in pork chops and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
- If you cook more than 6 chops, double recipe.
