Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cherry liqueur
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup champagne
- 4 cocktail cherries to garnish
- 3 chunks pineapple to garnish
- lemon balm fresh, to garnish
Method
- Mix liqueur, rum and pineapple juice and pour into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Thread cherries and pineapple chunks onto a cocktail skewer and place in the glass. Garnish with lemon balm.
