Ingredients
- 1 pkg 32 ounce frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sliced green onions
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 dgrees. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spread mixture in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 50 - 60 minutes or until light brown and bubbly. Can be made in slow cooker instead.
