Ingredients
- whole potatoes (with skins)
- 8 oz. Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 shakes nutmeg
Method
- Boil potatoes with skins until almost done. Rinse and let cool.
- Peel skins and grate them into a large bowl. In saucepan, add grated cheese, milk, whipping cream, dry mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Heat until cheese is melted. Pour mixture over potatoes and mix. Add a few butter pats and paprika.
- Let cool. Refrigerate 24 hours.
- Cook approximately 1 hour at 300° or until hot all through.
