Ingredients
- 1 large bag Ore-Ida hash browns
- 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1 stick butter, melted
Method
- Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream and soup.
- Pour into large casserole dish.
- Sprinkle crumbs over top of mixture. Drizzle melted butter on top of crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Longer time may be needed, if in a deep dish.
