Ingredients
- 8 to 10 red potatoes, boiled in skins
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 to 4 slices bread, cubed
- parsley
- paprika
Method
- Cook potatoes and cube with skins on.
- Cube cheese and sprinkle on top.
- Add onion, pimento and bread cubes.
- Melt oleo and stir in onion and garlic salt.
- Pour this over potato mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
- Bake at 350° until potatoes are warm and cheese melts.
