Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 red potatoes, boiled in skins
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1/8 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 to 4 slices bread, cubed
  • parsley
  • paprika

Method

  • Cook potatoes and cube with skins on.
  • Cube cheese and sprinkle on top.
  • Add onion, pimento and bread cubes.
  • Melt oleo and stir in onion and garlic salt.
  • Pour this over potato mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
  • Bake at 350° until potatoes are warm and cheese melts.
